Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp each, oat flakes, oat bran, ground barley, ground linseed
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp plant sterol-enriched margarine (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Combine cereal, soy milk and cinnamon in deep microwave-safe bowl. Stir thoroughly
  • 2. Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Stir again
  • 3. If using, add plant sterol-enriched margarine and stir until melted
  • 4. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Serve immediately.
